Performance Characteristics of Oil-Immersed Power Transformer
Now there are many types of transformers on the market, what is a transformer do you know? It is the use of electromagnetic induction to change the AC voltage device, the main components are the primary coil, secondary coil and iron core.
Performance characteristics:
Oil-immersed transformer is using copper foil winding with cylindrical structure for low voltage(small capacity is using copper wire), and for high-voltage winding is using multi-layer cylindrical structure, so that the windings of the ampere-turns are balance distribution, small leakage of magnetism, high mechanical strength, strong resistance to short-circuit capacity.
The core and winding each adopts the fastening measures, the body of the high and low-voltage leads and other fastening parts with self-locking anti-loosening nut, can withstand the transport of the vibration.
Coil and core using vacuum drying, transformer oil using vacuum oil filtration and oil injection process, so that can minimize the internal moisture of transformer.
The oil tank using corrugated sheet, it has a breathing function to compensate for temperature changes caused by the volume of oil changes, so the product does not have oil storage cabinet, obviously reduces the height of the transformer.
Due to using the corrugated sheet instead of the oil storage cabinet, so it could isolate the transformer oil from outside, and effectively prevent the degradation caused by the oxygen, water.
The oil-immersed transformer does not need to change oil in normal operation, greatly reducing the maintenance cost of the transformer, and at the same time extend the service life of the transformer.
